A Clear Path to Answers
My name is Amy Bottomly, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in evaluations for ADHD and related concerns. I chose this work deliberately. I was drawn to the structure of it, a defined process, a clear deliverable, and results that follow a person long after our time together ends. A single evaluation can inform how a child is taught, how an adult understands themselves, and how families, teachers, and providers show up differently. That kind of reach, from one thorough process, is what keeps me in this work.
I hold a master's degree in human relations and have spent five years conducting evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. For clients who need it, I also offer separate academic achievement testing that identifies age and grade equivalents across reading, writing, and math. Sometimes what looks like ADHD is something else entirely, or something in addition to it, and the whole picture matters.
I believe a good evaluation does more than confirm what you already suspect. It gives you language, direction, and a roadmap for whatever comes next.
Unravel Assessments is located in Edmond, Oklahoma, and serves clients throughout the greater Oklahoma City metro. Adult evaluations are also available via telehealth for clients anywhere in Oklahoma.

Yes. We currently accept the following insurance plans for ADHD testing:
Aetna, BCBS, Cigna and Evernorth, Health Choice, Healthcare Highways, TriWest, Medicare, and SoonerCare.
Learning and academic testing is self-pay. Once you provide your insurance details, we will verify your coverage prior to your evaluation so you know what to expect. We also recommend confirming your benefits directly with your insurance provider, as coverage can vary.

Yes. Adult evaluations can be completed entirely via telehealth, making the process accessible no matter where you are or how busy your schedule is.

Most evaluations are completed over one to two appointments. Total time varies depending on the type of evaluation and the individual.
